This PBS series from the late 70's and Early 80's is fascinating to me. The idea is that famous people from different parts of history are seated together at a table for a conversation hosted by Steve Allen, who wrote the series. The eighth volume features a conversation between Sir Francis Bacon, Susan B. Anthony, Emiliano Zapata, and Socrates.
