Understanding Leadership structure

There are so many different stories about leadership and what it takes to be a good leader from the author's perspective. Though you can read any of these and come away with a sense of understanding, I found that Stifled: Where Good Leaders Go Wrong by James G. Wetrich was most fitting for me. Although it is important to learn the best success stories and strength characteristics for great leaders, I think the benefit lies within knowing what mistakes have been made by leaders in order to avoid making those same mistakes. I also liked that the information was written in a way that all readers can understand without needing to have a background in the leadership and business world to understand the jargon. I would highly recommend this book to anyone who has a need for a positive leadership structure and think readers would benefit from learning the realistic approaches.
