Oh, Aggie! When will you learn?
HE’S JUST NOT THAT INTO YOU!

This book was kind of downer compared to the previous books. Agatha let James walk all over her in this story, and I was irked! I wanted to shake the woman and remind her what an amazing woman she is. I’m thankful that she has her friendships with Bill, Mrs. Bloxby, and even Charles. I wish Agatha’s self-esteem wasn’t so low.

I was able to figure out who was responsible for the murders early on in this book, so that may have been part of the reason why I didn’t enjoy this book as much as I did with the other books. I still had plenty of laugh-out-loud moments and I’m ready to read the next book in the series.

This one wasn't as fun as the other books in the series. I felt it was missing something and I can't quite put my finger on what it was but I powered through the book as I love Agatha and the series in which she is in... I may take a wee break for a while though and see if it reignites my love for the series.
