Wow. This was a roller coaster from start to finish. One for sorrow was the perfect name bc H Fields tears your heart apart with multiple deaths. And THAT ENDING?? Ma’am what the fuckkkk is that!! I am shook.
Yet more murder in Edinburgh. Not for the faint-hearted, this is Helen Fields qt her grisly best. Oh, had a little bit of romance too.

Thank you Avon Books UK and NetGalley for the ARC of One For Sorrow by Helen Fields in exchange for my honest review.
I love the DCI Ava Turner and DI Luc Callanach’s books so was thrilled to receive the latest instalment, and thrilled I was wow what a book, it had me gripped from the start and reading late into the night. There are lots of twists and turns that keep you totally engaged with a couple gasp out loud moments.
Although this book could be read as a standalone i would highly recommend reading from the beginning of the series as the characters develop with every book you really get to know them and become invested in their lives and relationships, not only that but you would be missing out on a great series. I cannot wait for the next book thank you #HelenFields for a fantastic series.
