Objectively 5 stars but because I wasn't a huge fan of the mcs for the most part I'm deducting half a star.
I really liked the plot of this story, especially with the outsider pov of the main team. Also enjoyed the introduction of new players on the field.

As always I love Kresley Cole but I kind of feel the same as some of the other reviewers that this was a filler book. Don't get me wrong it was still kick ass and I absolutely love Jo. She was funny as hell but I was one of the people who wanted the series to pick up with some of the old characters. I mean we were left hanging at the end of Macrieve??? I am dying to hear what happened to Monroe and his mate???? I just had to throw that out there. Anyways, Immortals After Dark remains one of my FAVORITE series. Nix was just as crazy as ever but I love her anyways. Cole finally showed us some of Nix's ass kicking abilities.....Yeah!!! It's nice to know that she can back up all that crazy. I am already anticipating the next book. For those of you that have never done this series in audio. I totally recommend it. Robert Petkoff is a God!!! He definitely brings the characters to life with all the different accents but I must say his Scottish brogue is to die for!!!!! Definitely a panty dropper. Lol!!!

Kresley does it again! Loved this HEA, the banter and the whole story.
This book opened up a whole new world in the IAD universe. Josephine might not be my fav heroine but after this book I'm all about the morior.

Carissimi il venerdì a vivere in un libro porta recensioni! Oggi voglio parlarvi del sedicesimo (si avete letto bene) romanzo sugli Immortali di Kresley Cole. Una serie che ho adorato fin dal suo primo libro, una serie bollente ma che nasconde al suo interno una trama fantasy così complessa e ben intrecciata da lasciare a bocca aperta. E poi la Cole scrive troppo bene!XD
