This was a wonderful version of the story, and really puts the fairy into this fairy tale.

I got this book on the limited edition Shades of Fae box set, and as the name implies all stories involve/include the fae somehow, so I already knew they were present in this retelling of Sleeping Beauty.
Long story short, the book is set in 1869, England. Our Sleeping Beauty awakens to find herself a ghost and suffering from amnesia in Lord Christian Sparks' Estate, who sets out to help her. Troubling is, our fair lady ghost seems to be falling for the very much alive Lord, and he isn't fairing much better. Christian has worries of his own, he's just inherited the Krestly Castle, but has been cut off his allowance entirely by his father. If he doesn't start getting money soon, the estate will fall into disarray. And then his father makes an ultimatum. This two get themselves into all sorts of compromising situations, before the big reveal (or one of them
