Debated between 4 and 5 stars - I'm rounding down for structure/timeline reasons. It's easy to get confused and turned around in this one, especially since it jumps around other times in the series so far. That said, lots of fun to see other Spartans and how they are contributing and what their characters and stories are. We also learn a lot more about the Covenant and a little about the Forerunners, as well. This book splits itself between a lot of factions, bouncing around like a TV show or action movie. Genuinely interested where some of these threads lead.
