Book #2 fell a little flat for me. It was very repetitive and Nita just kept making horrible decisions and I was annoyed

Beaucoup de répétitions, toutes les trois secondes ln à un "I imagined a scalpel in my hand" Bon OK...

Note : 16/20

Such a good book. Has the best heart wrenching friendship/ platonic relationship I have ever read about. A must read for people who like actually evil people not morally grey, and are tired of people who are just misunderstood. Also its pretty gory. Complex characters and great plot.

Absolutely gripping. The dynamic between Nita and Kovit is just amazing. They're so good at keeping each other together both physically and mentally while still fully admitting to being monsters.

I really liked this book, though I did feel like it was weaker than the first! A lot of things felt very suspiciously convenient, like every relevant character being in Toronto at the exact same time Nita was. Nita also makes some ridiculous decisions in this book and her and Kovit are not very good at being discreet for two people who desperately do not want to be caught. Overall it kept me engaged, though, and Adair and Diana were amazing additions.
