A breath of fresh air after Ingram and Emerie's very intense book. It took me so long to go through the last Duskwalker Bride book but this took hardly any time at all. did I wish it was a little shorter, hell yeah, but I also adore this series and really grew to love Aleron. Reading his story reminded me of how I felt reading Magnar and Delora's story.
Graphic: Body horror, Death, Gore, Sexual content, Violence, Blood, Grief, Fire/Fire injury, Abandonment, and Injury/Injury detail
