I feel like I say this a lot but there are very few people who make me think as much as Kiernan does. There is no way I am going to be able to articulate all of my ideas here but this was a pretty breathtaking collection.

I realise how much more of her work I want to read


And also why I need such huge gaps between each of her works that I do go into.

I want to say though that The Cats of Innismouth is going to sit in my heart as a story for a long time.
