While on their way to reopen the murder investigation of a wealthy investor's son , Poirot and Inspector Catchpool come across two more mysteries when a distressed woman confides that her death on the bus has been foretold, and another confesses to an unproveable murder.

What a twisting tale filled with red herrings, motives, dead ends, and lies. The book suffered from providing too much to process and yet not enough to allow the reader to solve anything.
