Älskar uppbyggnaden av boken med början på en brottsplats där men under bokens gång får veta vad som ledde upp till dådet, vem som är skyldig och hur alla personer känner varandra. Mörk historia med fina inslag också av kärlek, vänskap, syskonskap. Visar tydligt processen hur en destruktiv relation kan byggas upp och hur en person kan hamna i en extrem situation. Läste hela boken i ett sträck och älskade den! Speciellt ploten och hur den är uppbyggd. Däremot började jag inte gråta eller fick en överväldigad känsla och reflektion efter, som jag kan få av en bok som är 5/5 stjärnor, därför får den 4,5 av 5.

After having watched the Netflix adaptation, this book was on top of my to-read pile. I found the story very captivating and realistically told.

Seems like it's going to be a murder mystery but ends up being a horrifying story about two teenagers in an abusive relationship with an abundance of drugs and way too much free time & money. It was well written, but not my thing.
