Maybe it was the narrator, but the writing was way too simple. Not a lot was put into developing this story. I read 19 chapters and it didn't seem to show any improvements, therefore I abandoned it.

I really enjoyed this book, the idea of Clara’s whole personality shifting with the seasons was a really interesting idea. I loved the idea of seasonal magic and enjoyed the character development of Clara throughout particularly how she begins to trust herself and her magic. The romantic twist didn’t overshadow the story which is also a bonus!
