It is a happy day when two of one's favorite mystery novelists collaborate and on a new series to boot.

This Deaver/Maldonado co-production introduces us to an agent from a little-known part of Homeland Security and, well, let's call him a 'grey hat' hacker turned academic researcher into intrusions. The latter made for an interesting plot device, though I don't know that it is an actual field of academic endeavor. The authors would probably be chuffed to hear that now "intrusion: is an earworm for me!
