team renji for the win! its my first time to read a shonen light novel and it really felt like watching an action anime in words. I loved hanging out wd the gang fighting orcs and all, teasing each other and getting to know their background stories.

I honestly don't know why this book has a higher ratig than it's prequels... I didn't particularly enjoy the first two book either, but this one was just straight up boring, even though there was a lot more action.

also, why tf did the author hype up Choco so much only to kill her off in such a way? Like Haruhiro isn't even really sad about it was so unsatisfying...

Also, Bri-chan's character portrayal gave me the ick since book 1. Like, is he a drag queen, a transwoman or just a gay dude? Either way, his portrayal felt very homophobic (not that I'd imagine this genre to have great queer representation but still)

I really did give this series a chance, but I won't continue reading it in the near future.

Probably the best one yet.

During the first 2 volumes, there were some times where it felt really dangerous, but I thought this one did the best job of making the battles fell real.

The spotlighted characters all got chances to shine. The writer is definitely getting better at showing his voice. I felt like I was getting to know each character better.

Not a fan of the way it ended. I think there should have been an epilogue in this one. If you're reading this, make sure you have volume 4 on hand.
