April 2022. Volume 2 of a BL manga about two high school boys who fall in love. I appreciated that they start to get together quite early on, so the series is about their relationship and growing stronger and working through the changes life brings them. Many stories end with the couple getting together so this was a nice change. Felt fairly real as teens with some clumsy moments of emotional expression.
Definitely recommend this series. Got volumes 1-3 through Sac library. Sac Library also has the same creator’s 2 volume GL manga series, which I hope to read soon.

MAN, this series is so frustrating. I wanted to read it because the movie was really good, and better than usual creepy yaoi animes, but the manga has too many bad yaoi cliches, like the CREEPY TEACHER. I stg the teacher is making me hate the book much more than I would have, since the romance is actually very cute. (also the art style sometimes dips a little into bad yaoi proportions, which is funny)
felt like not much happened in this volume. thought the synopsis was going to be the entire manga, but it only happened in the last chapter, so i guess it'll continue into the next volume?
