I was really liking this series so far but this book was not it for me. The plot was very meh and there was very little action. The highlight being GiGi having a leach stuck to her butt. I’m really disappointed in this book but I will be reading the next one since it’s the last one.

Better than the previous one but didn't love the plot line, particularly the love triangle or the "white savior" swooping in to help with the conference of indigenous nations.

The Specialists is a younger YA series. They’re quick, fun reads about a group of teenagers with special abilities who have been recruited to work for a government program. I borrowed the first from a friend in May, and then borrowed the next three from the library. I think a younger audience would enjoy these books a lot.
