I really liked it, it's very different to The Final Empire in the way that that book ended a story as the book ended. In this one it's all open to continue in book 2.

I found it very slow which made me struggle reading it consistently, especially the first half.

Cywen dying made me sad, was hopping for more from her character.

The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is due to the fact that I somewhat struggled to read the book. Also there are so many characters, it took me awhile to familiarize myself with everyone.
