it wasn't that bad, but honestly, i hate this kind of stories. this is my first agatha christie book, although i've seen some films based on her works. and i must say: i can't bear this type of narration. it's not clever as some may think; rather, it's just pure entertainment. however, it's not entertaining for me to get the most unexpected and crazy ending out of nowhere.

This reads like a series of short stories, each mystery mirroring one of the labors of Hercules. I loved it and found them all very clever (but then, I do like mythology too!)! I feel like I say this every time I read a new Poirot mystery, but really, this is one of my favorites. :D
