Definitely not my favourite by Christie. It was actually a bit of a slog to get through and only a handful of the stories were really intriguing and made me itch to keep reading.

The stories were fine, and engaged me, but Agatha Christie’s talent lies in writing longer novels that create a world within which the reader can immerse themselves. This short story format does not lend itself to that talent, with the stories leaving me unimpressed.
