I really enjoyed this book. The author's style is funny and engaging and she makes some really good points. An enjoyable read which I've already recommended to a friend.

This book was sitting on my shelf for at least a year. I finally decided to read it and was pleasantly surprised. There are some nice quotes and statistics in the book. The last chapter was full of diary entries that I personally found to be boring. I’d also caution that this is written from the perspective a cis-straight-hetero white woman who seems to also not be fat so her experiences are quite different from other marginalized groups. Overall, it’s a decent and quick read. It’s a book to read if you’re looking to reframe your perspective a bit.

A fresh perspective on single life. Entertaining, relatable and some golden moments of humour, even if some of the points made are repetitive throughout.
