I did not really care for this book. The play itself was okay, but it didn't flow as well as some of Shakespeare's more well known plays. This particular edition (The Arden Shakespeare) had a lot of commentary which actually distracted me more often than not from the actual storyline. I would note, that if you are looking to do an in depth study of this play, this edition would be an excellent source. If you are just looking to read the play for enjoyment, I might try another edition without so much commentary. I did like how the book included the original story that the play was based on. It was interesting to compare the two.
Moderate: Classism
Minor: Confinement, Sexual content, and War
