So glad to like this one! The cliffhanger in the last one turned me off, so I waited a while to try this one. But it was much better. Return to the old Becky! (Plus, since she's off shopping for most of the book, I actually found it much less stressful!)

This was an amazing read. This is my fifteenth Sophie Kinsella story, and eighth book of the Shopaholic series. I loved every minute of it. The humor in her stories makes the book more enjoyable. I lived Becky. She is a silly, yet lovable main female character. Luke is an amazing male character. He may be an entrepreneur, but I love how he is able to love Becky even though she has her flaws and quirks.
I really loved this book. I really love being in Becky's world. It was a fun, exciting, and loving story. I really loved the road trip aspect as we got to see the characters in a different light. In this book, she experiences the feeling of not wanting to shop. This is the guilt she feels towards her family and friends. I think she grew during this series. This shows the vulnerable side to Becky. Also, she learned her boundaries, and how to be a better person. It was a pleasure to see. Can't wait for Finding Audrey. Overall, a fantastic read.

This was okay. It was a quick, fluffy read, but nothing super exciting or memorable happened. And I didn't even realize I had missed a book in the series until I read this one, and things kept being eluded to that I hadn't read. I guess I'll have to go read book #7, but I probably won't be in any huge hurry to get back to it.

I found this a fast and funny read. I think there were too many plots going on at one time. Suze and Becky are not talking and Alicia is cozying up to Suze. It made me really mad because I would be upset if my friend started hanging out with someone who tried to destroy my career in the past. Also, I cannot believe that Becky's dad kept a huge secret from everyone for like 30 years and then they all forgave him so quickly. Otherwise, I thought the setting was fun and I liked meeting so many different people.
