So I decided to give this book a try because I enjoyed the Moving Weight. I enjoyed this book a lot. The story was very good and didn't really have a full moment for me. I will say that there are topics in this book that can be triggering such as rape, pedophilia, and etc. I think that it makes sense within the story and doesn't seem like it was just placed there to be edgy or whatever. I can't wait to see what happens next.

Definately would fall under Urban Fantasy. I read it in 1-day. I'm not sure what to say. I can see A&J are tieing all the characters in. I would like to see more origional plots and realistic character portrayal. Going to the cook-up spot in the projects then to your private jet...uhm NO. Got a guy putting money in the safe with your life savings...ugh NO! I hate to out grow the authors, perhaps I am not the target audience for A&J. Not that I didn't like the book but I have read it before in their other books. I am looking forward to reading about Liberty and Baron in the next book.
I don't feel the need to review the plot of the book everyone else already has.

This book was ok. Poor Liberty had a hard life. Ashai was a strong young boy who turned into a smart, even stronger and tougher man. What a cute love story. I didn't know what to think when the epilogue came on. Book 2 and 3 might be interesting. Not sure if I'll continue reading the rest of the series though. Decent book.
