Yleensä näissä kirjoissa on keskitytty tietyn tapauksen seuraamiseen.

Knowing the signs of postnatal depression and psychosis is so important and that professional help is given as soon as possible. I love Cathy Glass' books but prefer when she focuses on one child she's fostering at the time - can really see their connection grow. Samson was my favourite!

Being on the lookout for PPD is so important, and this book emphasizes the stigma around it and how we need to help moms rather than expect them to get better on their own.

I was lucky enough to win this book through a Goodread's giveaway and really enjoyed it. I particularly liked the writing style which made it easy to read and yet it also covered a range of issues including postnatal psychosis, which I had never heard of before. This is the first book I have read by Cathy Glass and I'll definatly be reading more.

This book was good and I couldn't put it down. Probably due to the true story element. I liked how it mixed the fostering stories and the mental health story, but feel like it could of focused more on the later, as that was what was implied in the blurb. Though it was interesting to get an insight into foster care. I would be interested in reading more of her books.

Its a good book that touches a very important topic
postpartum depression
. It was different reading a Cathy book which didn't follow only one fosterchild but multiple short term placements and also focused a lot on Cathy and her friends.
I liked the book, it felt fast-paced and suddenly it ended. However, because there was not one child or pair of siblings, I was kind of waiting for the book to start and then it was over. That's why it didn't get a higher rating, I would still recommend it tho!
