Some characters keep popping up which makes me suspicious of them even if they are portrayed as good. The god thing in this book is odd, I think it kind of spoils it a bit for me to blatantly say oh yeah god spoke to me, it would have been better if it was hinted at.

This was a quick, easy read and I really liked the premise of this one and the new characters too. But the reveal in the last few chapters was just... It kinda pulled me out a little and made me go really?

But I still plan to read on as they are good. It's just going in a direction I didn't expect.

I didn't like this book as much as the first three. There wasn't much action and it seemed to stall out. I found it boring instead of gripping as the others had been before it.

B wanders to County Hall where she meets Dr. Oystein, a researched and fellow zombie. There, she is healed of her injuries and told the truth about where the zombies came from and why some zombies become Revitalized.

I am so happy to finally have some backround information to this series! This new group I have mixed feelings of. They don't seem to have the greatest sense on who to let in... But time will tell. I cannot tell what to make of the doctor. And I don't care for the religious aspect in this. Strangest bit ever for an answer to what is happening. And boy was B given some wrong info by the facility she was previously at!
While still some action, this book seemed more focused on new characters and world-building. A much needed filler. Still I am quite curious as to where this series will go and look forward to continuing. Although it seems like it is taking a darker, more mature turn.

I got this series on a whim, curious about what it was. I did not expect a racist and abused main character. Action-packed and gritty and gory, I'm very curious to see how this redemption arc goes. I'm a little wobbly on it.

B is getting in over her head here. Crazy stuff is going down and it's not black and white. Can she really believe everything that's happened lead up to a fight between good and evil?
IT's pretty interesting and getting more imaginative with every chapter. The series still has my curiosity.

Clowns are evil. This proves it. God, this series just keeps throwing the twists and turns. Love it!

This was an interesting read. This is the best book so far in the series for me. The story was different than the first three as we actually discovered how the zombies were brought into the world. Also, the action was great. I would like to know more about the Angels, in particular Cian and Awnya. I got to say I really liked B in this installment because she was a badass and she never gave up. She knew how to take a beating. I think the series just turned around. I can't wait to see what happens in book 5 and the rest of the series. Overall, a great read.
