I get it. It's clever and well done. And funny. And having an alphabet also have a story is a plus. And there are repercussions for bad behavior. But I just don't like bratty picture books. And the art is ugly.
Told in the vein as 2017's Geisel Honor winning book Oops Pounce Quick Run
Love this concept for an ABC book and how the words & pictures combined make a powerful story from the beginning to the end of the day.
Meh. Its an alphabet book. There are better alphabet books and better Mo Willems books.

Mo does it again! Just when you think you know where the story is going it takes a sharp turn and hilarity ensues.
A very unique alphabet book that shows the day's progression of a creature. The picures are on the small side so it might make a better one-on-one story.
The book gets a major thumbs up since my son was interested in it, and it can be tough to wrangle him for a book unless it's legit. The protagonist would've been FINE if he hadn't resorted to nomming on furniture. C'mon man, not the furniture!
