I can't believe that it's all over! I'm glad with how this one ends and I'm just glad that everyone has a good ending. To us it may not seem so, but I suppose that for them it was. The story was crazy and we have some pretty psycho characters and I'm glad with how the caste game ended.

They start the game again and everyone goes on the hunt for the King card. Azusa gets the card and burns it at graduation. The game sort of ends as there is no king card. It looks like the game is still going many years later, though

This review is for the whole series.

I didn't remember much from the first time I started reading this, so I was a bit surprised that we follow so many couples through the different volumes but I liked seeing all the people playing the caste game. I definitely have a favorite couple and I liked how the things ened. It was a fun and interesting journey with less smut and more plot than I expected.

I started this series on a whim thinking I would quickly DNF it and it would basically be nothing but F'ed up trauma p**rn. And I will definitely say, even now, this series is for a niche audience, because of the triggers and because it is F'ed up all the way through. But I was thoroughly surprised at how it progressed and how it actually did become something meaningful in the end. There are some scenes and quotes and character journeys that will definitely stick in my mind for a long time, and I'm honestly very happy I read this series.
