Self indulgent nonsense. Each section is a page long and he doesn't go beyond the surface of anything.

Apparently this book was based on many of the talks Lynch gave on transcendental meditation. He felt it made such a huge difference in his life that he shared regularly and even started a foundation.

I don't practice TM, but I'm always fascinated by the faith people have in the things they believe in so strongly.

David Lynch had some very specific things to say. Many things to consider. Hilarious take on therapy. It's under 200 pages, I say give it a shot.

Listened to this while a migraine was kicking my ass. This very sincere old man did help a bit.

Short but sweet. David Lynch always knows how to take you out of a depression with his genuine positivity. I can listen to him talk for hours.

Something switched in him halfway through this because at first it just felt like he was reading but then suddenly you could feel his personality again. I love that you can always tell in his voice when he is smiling without even having to see his face.

I'm surprised it took me this long to read [listen to] this but I'm happy I still haven't absorbed all of what is available because it's heart breaking knowing that now after his passing, it's all we will ever have.

A lovely, inspiring little book! I listened to the audiobook read by David Lynch and hearing it in his voice added to the experience.

What’s better than listening to David Lynch say stuff for two hours.
