As someone who is not necessarily a believer of God or religion playing a part in my life, there was a moment when things took a turn towards that and I disconnected completely from the story. I also am extremely Type A and have a high work ethic so when characters go missing from their job for an hour or more, it stresses me out that they will be found and that customers aren't being helped.

Overall though, it was well written and does pin point on certain facts from a call center agent's day/night and the issues they deal with.

It's the perfect light hearted, humorous book giving insight into what life for westernized Indians working in a call center in India might be like.

Horrible! Not even half as good as the first book!
lighthearted reflective medium-paced

The best part is probably the interaction between the characters, which is quite refreshing. The resolution is quite poor though.
