I absolutely loved this book!
Amelia, who is recently divorced, finds out her late Aunt has left her the Crescent Moon Inn in Florida. She goes to visit, thinking she will sell the Inn and move on with her life, but the Inn and the spirits have other ideas! What follows is an investigation of a cold case, involving some quirky locals and Amelia finding her true power within.
I've been reading a lot of paranormal books lately and I don't want to throw around "best one yet", but seriously I loved this book so much! Amelia is a little older than the sleuths I've been adventuring with lately, and she's experiencing perimenopause [I feel absolutely seen with this, as I started perimenopause at 42, thank you for writing this into the story]. She's fiesty and determined and finding herself again, and I'm here for every adventure!
If you enjoy paranormal cozies, you need to read this one. It's quirky and fun, and definitely a book that you won't be forgetting in a hurry. I can't wait for book #2.

When I saw that Eat, Pray Hex featured a cat named Freddy Purrcury…I was instantly sold!!!!
When Amelia inherits her late Aunt’s business, she gets a lot more than she bargained for! She quickly discovers this Florida town is home to many with paranormal gifts…and that she has psychic abilities! And the hotel?? It’s haunted by a troubled spirit who likes to turn off the air conditioning! This was such a fun series debut and I can’t wait to see where Tara Lush takes the storyline next!
