This was truly a great memoir that resonated so much with me. I could not only relate and understand a lot of what was discussed. My mom read it and we had such a good conversation about things Prachi talked about that were similar or even the same for my mom and I. The need to keep things secret in our tight knit family and not tell or talk about the issues with friends or extended family is something that stuck out. Wonderful book and still processing it all.

I don’t have many words for this yet. I couldn’t stop reading it or get it out of my head, particularly the stories of her brother Yush. Haunting

A memoir that is poignant and representative of my own experience. It was a very hard read because the relationships depicted were so triggering. Made me cry at multiple spots.

Prachi’s memoir was so real, vulnerable, and introspective, her raw honesty truly gutted me. Recommend.
