Junie B capitalizing on her friends wanting to see her baby monkey brother is peak girl-bossing

The kindergarteners ate this up

This is Junie B. to a T -- taking what is told her to literally and becoming quite irritated when she founds out the truth. Great book for the Junie B. fan who will soon become the big sister (or brother!)

Genre: Contemporary Realistic Fiction
Grade Level: 1-4
This book is delightful. Most students will enjoy reading about all that Junie B. goes through. This book especially can be a wonderful teaching tool. If a student is getting a baby sibling after being an only child, this book can be a great way to talking with them and helping them process everything. I would recommend this book highly.

I want a monkey brother.

I keep forgetting which series it is that I hate, so note to self: this one. Ugh.

I'm a big Junie B. fan, but I had heard that a lot of people don't like her. I sort of wondered why until I read this one. Too much mean and not enough funny. If this was the first one I had read I'd think she was a real P.U.

This is a really cute series, it's made me laugh out loud several times
