Hard to top what was accomplished in his book Sapiens, this one was just not it. Full of informative information, just did not captivate me the way his other work has.

Excellent again. Harari is fast becoming one of my favourite writers.
I didn't love [b: Homo Deus|31138556|Homo Deus A Brief History of Tomorrow|Yuval Noah Harari|https://images.gr-assets.com/books/1468760805s/31138556.jpg|45087110] quite as much as [b: Sapiens|23692271|Sapiens A Brief History of Humankind|Yuval Noah Harari|https://images.gr-assets.com/books/1420585954s/23692271.jpg|18962767], but I think that's because the history Harari takes us through in the latter really does read like a very compelling novel. This book explores different themes and theories about the future of humanity - relating to aging, technological advancements, etc. - which makes it not as cohesive. Still, though, very interesting. He really knows how to break down complex concepts so everyone can understand them.

Dogmatic and in a way that loses the flavour of humanity.

It's alright. Disappointing ending. More about history than about future (despite the title).
