Peaceful read

When I started reading this book, I didn't knew I would be so Smitten by it. This book is divided into three phases of healing: awareness, acceptance and allowance and in each category the write ups are very beautifully written and will straight away touch your heart

This book takes us through the real stages of healing which felt surreal. There were some write-ups which I didn't exactly understand, but I am pretty sure they had some amazing meanings. Overall this is a pretty good book.

“We are made to experience all emotions. It’s okay to dance a little. It’s okay to cry a little.”

We often get hurt, grieve & let go in order to start all over again. The process never stops as we never stop getting hurt. Now, the secret here; to get through out of this pain is an Art of Healing.

Through 3 stages: Awareness, Acceptance & Allowance, Sanhita Baruah enlightens us with the “Art of Healing: Notes for Life” using beautiful verses & poems.

✨ Awareness = To get aware of the cause of pain
✨ Acceptance = To accept that there are ups & downs in the life
✨ Allowance = To let yourself be as you want irrespective of others’ judgements

“They call it darkness When things go wrong. But you’ve loved the night, You’ve lived your best moments in it.”

Art of healing can truly heal one. The soothing & compassionate words touch our souls & make us believe that we’ll be healed. They cure us with affection which wouldn't be possible with any medication.

I love how the author systematically rides through the process of healing with equal emphasis on each one. The book is very different from what I’ve been reading for the fact that despite being the topic which deflects towards a sadistic approach, the book oozes optimism, love & affection.
