This wasn't one of the best Agatha books, but it was still entertaining. Very clever murder weapon.

I think I can best summarize this book as what the actual fuck Agatha, and fuck James Lacey, along with the best quote from the book by Charles "You're too good for him, Aggie."
I couldn't get into this chapter of Agatha's life set in Cyprus. I couldn't keep track of the secondary characters and wasn't interested in their back stories as they seemed thoroughly unlikable. Agatha's pursuit of James Lacey just seemed increasingly pathetic and torturous given how awful he was to her. I'm hoping things will return to normal when Agatha is back in Carsley.

Did not like the main character or her love interest
I am 100% done with James. He is a horrible character and this book just felt like Agatha was running around after him the whole time and wasn’t as good as the others. Charles was much more fun and I wish Agatha would end up with him because they seem to suit each other better. The actual murder story line was nice because it was away from the village for once. But I think I’m starting to get bored of this series

I liked that this one was set in Cyprus because I’m desperate for travel right now. However, I despise James Lacey and wish he would go away forever!
