For some reason I have never been a huge fan of the Tower of Heaven arc even if I think Erza’s powers are cool AF! I did enjoy her fight with the samurai lady, though. Her new form really suits her, too!

Mainly I think my problem lies with how much darker and slower the arc is. The mystery of Jellal linger for long and Ezra is such a stoic, serious character that there isn’t much humour here. Not many dynamic fight sequences, either, and Lucy gets left to the sidelines with Julia even if they do an awesome trick together.
Let’s just get back to Laxus’s grandpa issues

I read this as part of Dewey's 24 Hour Readathon April 2020

The Tower of Heaven arc continues as we dive even deeper into the situation, learning even more about the characters involved. Also, I love how this arc shows how Juvia is really trying to be worthy of joining Fairy Tail, especially after her involvement in the Fairy Tail/Phantom Lord conflict.

Epic adventures continue. I loved getting to know a bit of Sara's backstory.

I don’t have the rest of the physical copies of the series, so this will be the last book you’ll see on my feed. Just know that I am still reading it on my ereader though

"A Juvia le llueven los ojos" Como me encanta cuando actúa como la gran y fuerte maga que es.
Ya se me había olvidado que comían a Natsu XP
Es tan dramático y atrapante como recordaba.
