I was surprised at how accessible, relevant and at times, laugh-out-loud funny this was. Lenin has some real sass that comes through delightfully in his criticisms of other Russian Social Democrats of his era. A fascinating read.

I thought I'd read a more philosophical book, but this was more of a practical analysis of the russian socialist movement in last decades of the 19th century. 
It was a bit confusing to get into, because of the names Lenin refers to all the time, but it was nothing a quick google search didn't fix.
