This book was an unexpected masterpiece. Both cynical and yet fascinating.  I studied it in high school in Italy but I think I didn’t have the language knowledge nor the maturity to understand such a book. There are many inspirational quotes about art, life and beauty to be taken from the book. The twists and the events led me to be surprised as I wouldn’t know what to expect or what to hope for.
I really appreciate and as Dorian and Henry were often in the book, I am fascinated.
