This book for me was more than just a thriller. It was complex, dark and highly emotive. It dives straight  into themes of parenting and expectations, post-partum, mental health, child abuse, relationship dynamics,  grief and loss. It was uncomfortable and very heavy on my heart, but I couldn't put it down, (only when I had to take moment to ugly cry and ponder 😆).
It was by no means an easy comfortable read but I really appreciated it. Well written and raw. Best thriller I have read in 2021 so far.
