Just when I thought the series couldn't get any better... Rene blows it out of the water with Brock!
Brock was the Pearson son that we didn't really know much about. Yes, Rowan was stolen from him, but we only saw that glimpse in Eric's book. Now, Brock is at the front of a much-needed tale.
I wasn't sure what to expect going into this book because of the lack of information from the other books. But whatever I was expecting, Rene crafted a brilliant story that made me fall in love even more with the Pearson family.
Honestly, this is the hottest book in the series! I loved every line of Brock (the book). Brock (the book, again) satisfied my curiosity about Brock (the Pearson son) and then gave me more. I liked how the storyline went in the opposite direction, on the different side of the country, yet it doubled back to Tampa and answered questions.
I can't wait for the final book in the series.
