The Dog Who Lost His Bark by Eoin Colfer

I liked this book, as did my 7 year old. But, neither one of us loved it. It felt contrived with a story that went farther than it needed to or, maybe, not as far into fantasy as it wanted to go. I don’t know. We liked it; it was sweet. The illustrations were gorgeous.
