This was cool! I do wish we got to see more of the Pack of Darkness, however, the conflict with them wasn't paced as well as it could've been and we learn relatively little about them. Also

Rex's

wasn't as effective as it could've been for me.

But I do really like this book! Love Tamani and Shira's interactions especially.
