I'm currently reading To sleep in a sea of stars by Christopher Paolini. This is the first book in the Fractalverse series. Not sure if the second book is actually a sequel, but we shall see. I'm reading a copy from the library whilst listening to the audiobook. This is an adult science fiction book series.
I read about a third of this earlier this year, but wasn't in the right headspace to continue with it. Now I'm picking it back up. Still really enjoying it. This is the kind of science fiction I like. Not a lot explained, but enough so you understand. And just great characters with a good concept. It is a long book, but I really don't mind, because it is very cool. Excited to finish it now.
This was incredible, really loved it. What I loved the most were the characters. All well developed and just really fun to read about. The story itself was good as well, but sometimes it was hard to follow. Didn't understand everything, so therefore not the full five stars, but that could change on a reread.
