The Silmarillion: The Epic History of the Elves in The Lord of the Rings by J.R.R. Tolkien, J.R.R. Tolkien

I can’t rate this one- it is one of the more difficult books I’ve read in many ways. Reads like a cross between a history book and a religious text, rich and detailed and sometimes a bit too dry. But I’m really glad I’ve finally read this!!!
