I Kissed Shara Wheeler by Casey McQuiston
4.0
❥ 4.5 Stars
I Kissed Shara Wheeler exceeded all expectations by putting the fab in Faberry (Sorry; I had to) and alleviating my treacherous month-long reading slump. It is also my second four-star rom-com ever, or as I have come to call them, rom-cons (romantic contemporaries). Genius, I know.
All in all, this book was just what I needed right now: fast-paced and heartwarming. Shara's alluring disappearance—as well as quirky melodramatic personalities, hooked me, and the likeable cast of characters had me rooting for them until the end. Chloe's development was phenomenal, and Rory and Smith have my heart. Even the occasionally morally dubious Shara Wheeler eventually garnered the Isabella Stamp of Approval™.
