I liked the premise of this story and I loved the friendship group, but to me the plot seemed a little all over the place and the pacing felt off. I felt like in the first half hardly anything happened at all, while in the second half there was too much going on at the same time and things ended up feeling rushed. 
Overall still a quick, pretty enjoyable read, but not one that swept me off my feet the way I had hoped it would.
