Cute but ultimately unsatisfying short story. I enjoyed the Julie POV, but the story felt like shorthand - very rushed and like it could have been developed to AT LEAST novella length. At the end we're told Julie has "made friends", but we didn't spend enough time with her and other characters to see any friendships develop.
