I really just can't with MM action. Sorry.
The female MC hasn't really had a lot of time to connect/bond with the guys before they started claiming they care or have feelings about each other. Instalust doesn't count.
The story and the writing is okay for me overall. Excluding the fact that Mika/Raine is constantly horny (a side effect of vampirism, as explained by the doctor), I like her tendency to crack jokes to lighten the situation. I like that instead of brooding about what happened to her she just decided to enjoy her new life.
