Ayashimon, Vol. 2 by Yuji Kaku
4.0
4 stars - It was really good
This volume continues Marou and Urara’s journey. Marou is finally living as the manga protagonist he always dreamed of and is now fighting against the ayashimon. In this volume we see Chairman Doppo’s yokai abilities, Urara’s true form, and Urara attempting to make an alliance with the Todoroki Alliance.
I am really enjoying Marou and Urara’s story. It is fast paced, action packed, and the ayashimon have cool abilities. While we see them get knocked down for a little bit, they rise back up more determined than ever to reach their goal. Much like a manga protagonist does and Marou continues to try to follow.
I am really interested in seeing how this one-on-one battle against the Todoroki Alliance ends and seeing how the battle against Chairman Doppo ends.
